About Bridget Lavin
Bridget has worked in and around the law for 15 years and for over 10 of those years she has specialized in working with lawyers on career related matters. Through her years’ experience she has gained a keen understanding of the issues that lawyers face at each stage of their career progression.
She completed her solicitor training with a Nottinghamshire law firm and, on qualification, moved to London as a legal recruitment consultant. As a legal recruiter she successfully recruited a broad range of solicitors and barristers into law firms in central London and the South of England.
She trained as a coach with the prestigious Coaches Training Institute, which training equipped her with an invaluable set of coaching skills and experience, enabling her to work with lawyers on broader career development issues than pure recruitment.
In addition to the ongoing professional development and success of her clients, Bridget is committed to her own growth as an individual and a coach. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, an international body that works to ensure high levels of professionalism and ethics within the coaching industry.
As a coach, Bridget aims to create a positive and thought-provoking environment in which to explore, challenge, redefine and achieve career goals.
